- Grace Tallman Added 2018-01-22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The past few days have been nothing but frustration and exasperation regarding the U Haul company in general, and not any one dealer in particular. It's the busiest weekend of the year and phones are not being answered, or you get cut off while trying to access the right option. I would think you should be putting on extra staff during such a busy time. Next time around, I will explore alternative options. I'm just hoping that I get my truck for the time I reserved it. Unfortunately there is no way to connect with anyone from uHaul to get some questions answered.
