I finally, after waiting, got my correct order. That's it. My cold tea waiting at home? No new one, who cares about the inconveniences of waiting, driving there, home and there again or that my hot paid for drink is now cold because of their f-up; just do the minimum... should consider that the new slogan - Tim Horton's "we'll serve you with minimum efficiency"
