  I'm new in KW almost two years being here and I'm a couple blocks away from them and always believe in supporting my local small or big business so I didn't care what other said about this place and I tried them for those two years and yes their staff in general are good and they try to up sell goods to you but at least you can tell them what you want or not and their prices are a bit high but I never complained until last time I took one of my vehicle to change the winter tire and by my mistake I took the wrong size and they tried to put it on but didn't work so I sad no problem I will find a rim for the tire to match so I brought one from Canadian tire and asked them to try it one of their guy which I believe he is the Forman in the shop answered me in a very rude way to take it to another shop and do what I need after all the respect I have for them that was their thank you too me so I decided to stop doing business with them
  I feel sorry for them but I had no choice respect is more important than money to me.

  took my car in for emission test. they were very busy.employee ask what service i wanted. told him i came for emission test. he told me to go around to the front of building and pull up at middle door that way i would not have a long wait. he did the emission test right away. was very impressed thank you
